Archax, a digital asset exchange, completed the first after-hours onchain transaction of the tokenized Canary HBR ETF on the Hedera mainnet. Archax is serving institutional clients.
The ETF, linked to Hedera’s native token, was issued and transacted directly on the Hedera network. The trade took place on November 27, 2025, when US markets were closed for a public holiday. The event shows how regulated financial instruments can operate on blockchain infrastructure without interruptions and outside traditional market hours.
Through this transaction, Archax demonstrated how tokenized securities can be issued, transferred and settled onchain under regulatory oversight. The tokenization of the Canary HBR ETF also highlights the growing role of public networks in supporting compliant digital assets and enabling continuous 24/7 market activity.
